Hudler Ranch provides the perfect setting for a private ranch with hundreds of acres of National Recreation Area adjoining the South property line. This provides incredible access to riding and hiking trails, an elk wildlife sanctuary, and a huge buffer from any future development. The ranch is directly accessible from Highway 34 and is within eight miles of Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Grand Lake. For sports minded individuals, some of the best hunting and fishing are at your doorstep. Lake Granby is directly across Highway 34 and contains what many fisherman believe to be the largest fish in the state of Colorado! Lake trout as large as 25 pounds are caught in Lake Granby.

There is an approximately 45 acre hay field which is irrigated by water from the New Red Top Valley Ditch which flows through the property. A natural spring which runs year round is on the property. Currently, all hay from this field is being sold to the Rocky Mountain National Park Service due to it’s designation as natural feed which is free from noxious weeds.

There are a multiple number of excellent building sites around the property. Sewer service is available from Three Lakes Sanitation. The well on the site provides enough water to supply all residential as well as livestock requirements. Electric, natural gas and phone are all currently at the site.
